Briana Germano is the founder and lead injector behind The Aesthetic Bar, a boutique aesthetics practice in the heart of Monmouth County.
Her path to aesthetics began in the operating room. As a Registered Nurse and surgical nurse by training, she spent years working chair side with two of the most respected plastic surgeons in New Jersey. It’s a foundation few injectors have, and one that continues to shape every aspect of her work, from her understanding of facial anatomy to the quiet precision she brings to each treatment.
With more than a decade in the beauty and aesthetics industry and the distinction of being one of the first Registered Nurses in New Jersey to open an independent aesthetics practice, Briana built The Aesthetic Bar around a simple belief: clients deserve more than a quick appointment. She specializes in facial balancing, a thoughtful approach that considers the face as a whole rather than treating areas in isolation, and is one of the few providers in the region offering SylfirmX radiofrequency microneedling. What sets the experience apart is the conversation. Every appointment begins with honest education, careful listening, and a clear explanation of what’s being done and why. It’s an approach rooted in her clinical background, but shaped by something more personal: the belief that clients should feel just as comfortable asking questions as they do sitting in the chair.
As a mom of four, Briana understands firsthand how much self-care matters, not just for how you look, but for how you feel.
