The Aesthetic Bar was founded by Briana Germano, RN; a Registered Nurse, working mom of four, and one of the first in New Jersey to launch a boutique aesthetics practice as a solo RN. With over a decade of experience in both healthcare and beauty, Briana created a space where personalized, high-quality aesthetic care meets warmth, compassion, and empowerment.
